For now I've found that when you do light punch vs light punch (same chars) in the same time, they stop for a little and become grey, after that they take damage. Same thing happens with all the other basic attacks (I tested only the standing ones).

Yeah, he has super armor coding where he is not really affected by normal hits only if they are comboed or the 3rd normal hits.

About the Lvl3 attack Gigantic Meteor, I would suggest a little rush a la budokai 3, where he smashes the opponent and then "blaster shell", after that the cutscene.
It could start as a counter attack, or like a grab.

Could you tell me how did you rescale those sprites like that? Thinking
Redownloading, I will tell you if there are bugs.

Feedback:

-In Broly's Rage, when you kill the enemy, you could put him really far, and with no shadow, because if you do the attack you'll be able to see your opponent's shadow (I tested on stage0), but after a while the shadow disappears. That happens with Gigantic Meteor too.
-And also there are some Japanese voices left in the .snd file.
-Almost all voices are low on volume compared to the hitsounds (some of the English and the Japanese ones aren't).
-Sometimes the AI cancels the Gigantic Press (not the hyper one) to do other supers or to repeat the same.
