Vegito Arcade Style

Well I think a little over him and here is what I came up with:

- some attacks of SSJGoku by Choujin

- some attacks of SSJVegeta by Choujin

- original special "Spirit Sword"

- many other changes that make him more unique than a simple spriteswap Smile

I liked the General Result of yuor character, but I think you're recycling so much resources on your projects.

I feel that you are rushing projects in order to launch them.


problems noted:

There is no read-me to explain the list of commands.

Many animations and effects are done very simply, could be much improved.
As the effect of the intro, gives a very large number of Tics every frame Anim, and is easy to see the flaw in the displacement of animation.
There is only one Intro and Win?
There Bugs some bugs in sound effects. (Not always play)
Only one palette?
The IA ​​is very limited and very repetitive blows, certain techniques, only appear if the player itself play on it's own. as an enemy, rarely uses.
The sound of the blows are fairly repetitive, add a Random on your Play to make them more lively.

System Combabilidade/Combat is to simple, and not very effective compared to more complete/Full characters.



What you could do to update vegito:

The effect of the Sword of Light should be white and thinner. (Looks more like a Beam)

do the intro with Tics per milisecond, and enhance the effects of it.

Arrange all the character, and add more details.

Add Combination sounds to vary him and let' it more livelly.

add more intros and wins?

Pallets,.. obvios.

Pretty much what Benhazard said.
-And when you do F,F,y there is still the punch's FX.
-When Vegito gets a hit, there is a voice that isn't a hit voice but an attack voice (5000,2).
-The intro light (when Goku and Vegeta fuse together) should fade out (in my opinion it would look better).
-Like I said align the sprite in the .sff instead of doing it in the .air file.
-The anime palette is Goku's palette not Vegito's. Make Vegito's palette first, then edit the .def file. Vegito's sprites don't have "Shared palette", but if they have it, the sprites would look bad.


If you want to make good chars, like Ben said, don't rush your char, take your time to learn the basics and the codes, then ask here if you don't know something, After you checked your char hasn't bugs come here and post it.

F12 for screenshots, don't tell me you didn't know that.

You just need some better AI and the intro fixed (Goku, Vegito and Vegeta are see threw).
Otherwise very well done Smile
