hello friends, anybody who can tell me that vegetto by wasaby is a open source char? can i use his sheets add to my vegetto normal than make a ssj mode? but not same with original, i will edit some action and add some new sprites in that style. hope someone can give me helpful answer. thanks!

Seldom he is on ZGTeam, maybe you could ask him there about the sprites, or you can ask Neocide, but I don't know really.
