From the last screenshot you can see the Destructo Disc/Kienzan have shadows and the small portrait is the wrong size (it isn't 25x25);
I've played with him and I can tell you some mistakes:
- the same voice for all attacks;
- the Intro and standing animations are too fast;
- anim 150 isn't right;
- infinite priority on all attacks;
- you can kill an enemy in the corner if you spam the energy field;
- the fireball/ki ball hitsound sounds odd and too loud (why eleven hits? Also what is hitsound = S-1,0 ?);
- the "Sorry to keep you waiting" voice is too low on volume, increse that with Audacity.

- A question: why Frieza has 1500 life points?
