The progress of Pan is already at 80%, missing only two New Supers, one Hyper and 3 last Moves to launch it.
but I need a WinPortrait for Mugen 1.0.

I found a very good picture that gives perfectly. but the quality is in Jpeg, and Takes me a long time to correct it and convert into 256 without affecting the image (or at least adapt it without much loss).

I would ask that if anyone taht work on Photoshop, or are more accustomed to it, you can help me adapt this Portrait:
