very good character. really is to be congratulated. for a beta is great, but missing a few things to add, as the flight mode, because I could not make the character you fly. and you could put some commands blows ..
out that the character is very good indeed, I loved it.

I think you have improved lot of things like the gameplay style, is a lot better than your other 2 characters, a very neat gameplay. But stills a beta anyway, you have some stuff to improve - What is the attack of state 8017 for? I think is useless. - Get better Fx's - Add more Special

Gabe555 xD , I wrote in Readme. Attack in state 8017 is position to absorb energy. If opponent shoot to you for example KI blast , and you are in state 8017 , then Super 17 will absorb energy .

you could work some more on this char. a character with this port as a super17 deserves to be well produced. could add more to stay at a level equal with the other characters because when you fight against it unlikely he attacks with punches and is using ki attacks repeatedly. and is very easy to beat this character. are talking about and apologize for this, but your character is great to have just what you have, and if you are releasing only chars betas, then later on you will lose interest in updating them.

Version 1.0 has been released What's in version 1.0:
-fixed legs , which was in some sprites too fat. -leather belt on shoulders -some amendments in code -additional combos -flash bomber has lower volume and is little weaker -additional explosion in Dengeki Jigoku Dama

very good, liked it, thought it was lacking in character as more gameplay has only the basic moves, missed the flight mode and combos as well. out that the character is excellent. the next char look to add more special combos, flight mode also add to the character not to be cloying, just keep giving as punches, kicks and special use constantly without variations of combos to defeat the opponent is very repetitive and cloying. I hope you accept my criticism on the positive side to improve their characters, because mugen is well advanced and hj in days like to see staff and emplementados chars. with plenty of things to be able to have fun. Lethal by my chars again, and you will follow so far.

youwhatsup , is written in Readme. If you will holding "b" , then Ball will bigger and stronger. Tad , I know what you mean. You have right to criticizm. But I have my style , and I have created for my way.
