English soundpacks/voice packs (SNDs) for DBZ chars

Hello everybody, I am just wondering if anyone would know where you could find [(or send me) email:pokerbasketball@live.com] some english soundpacks/voicepacks for Dragon Ball Z/GT/AF chars besides the ones that are in Ristar87's screenpacks or the ones for Choujin/Stig87/Miayou's chars. Also I was wondering if anyone would know how to change the english DBZ sounds/voices (snd files) in a character so it will make a certain sound for a certain command. For example, how would I change the voices of a snd file of Gohan {(ss2 teen) by Supermystery, the SND file being gohanUB22} in a char of a Messy hair Gohan [(teen with armor) by Neocide and HaVoc] so the sounds aren't all messed up (like having Messy hair Gohan punch someone with the sound of a energy blast being the sound of the punch). In other words, how can open up a SND file so you read the commands and/or hear the sounds that a char makes.
