Ok, the only reason why I did this because I was inspire By MooMaster because I he made the SF4 English Voice of Guile. That's Cool and all, but I wanna Engrish Guile Baby. So I did so. I would of uploaded like 2 months ago, but then my labtop Charger died, so I need to save the money to get a new one, untill then, my labtop was dead, and inside was the SND.
The SND was made before SSF4, So don't expect "Sonic Hurricane" In there. Maybe I'll update it when someone release the updated verison of the Jap voice.
