After download it, unzip/unrar it and double click on "JUGAR.exe".

Mugen is a free 2D engine for make 2D fighting games , is not commercial, just was made for anyone can create whatever they want. In other words, all things made for mugen (as this Freddie Mercury) are just fan-art.
