After much procrastination among other things I release this updated version. There were many code fixes I wanted to do with him but along with that some ideas were given and thought of so I added them too.
Like all my present and future characters his button layout is used as such, x,y,a, and b are direct attacks, with C being Character Special Ability (explained more in readme) and Z being power charge/hyper move activator (also explained more in readme.
Heres the recent changelist: [Ver 1.8 to Ver 2] Removed Tele Kick. Fixed coding in chronological order. Normals no longer do chip damage. Added special effects for perfect. Added proper behavoir for combo after special spin dash. Changed hit effect of Hyper Spin Dash. Replaced old taunt. Holding back to cancel Spin Dash now ends with skidding break. Added second win state. Added Hyper Homing Attack. Fixed comestic errors. Made some changes to the hit properties of some attacks. Added power gain to grabs, >.> whoops. Created HTML Readme
